A Rock Springs native and lifelong resident of Sweetwater County, Ryan brings a deep understanding of the local and regional economy in his role as both State Bank’s Compliance Officer and the Rock Springs Branch Manager. A proud alum of The University of Wyoming, he is an active member of the community and has a passion for learning and succeeding at new challenges.
